A practical training seminar was organized on the topic “Sowing and caring for legumes, oilseeds, vegetables, rice and potato crops in our Republic in repeated terms”.

Based on the demonstration training and practical seminar on the program "Sowing and caring for legumes, oilseeds, vegetables, sugarcane and potatoes in our republic on a repeated date, on fields freed from grain crops" confirmed on June 15, 2022 by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture Republic of Uzbekistan, General Director of the National Center for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture Toraev A., in agreement with the Center for Agricultural Agro Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Department for the Development of the Knowledge and Innovation System in Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on June 16, 2022 through the ZOOM platform, an educational seminar was organized due to the fact that teachers from the Research Institute of Plant Genetic Resources, the Research Institute of Rice, the Research Institute of Vegetables, Polycultures and Potatoes could not arrive in the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the specified dates.

The seminar was held under the guidance of S. Shamshetov, more than 1,000 heads of clusters and farms in all district agricultural departments and districts took part in it, on agro-technologies for sowing and growing re-crops on areas freed from agricultural crops, during the seminar, the participants from the Research Institute of Genetic Plant Resources, researcher Kh. Khasanov, director of the Research Institute of Rice M.Sattorov, the Research Institute of Vegetables, Legumes and Potatoes director R. Nizomov and researcher F. Rasulov, were given evidence-based recommendations on agricultural technologies.

During the seminar, it was decided with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the participants of the seminar in order to properly conduct re-sowing in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, post evidence-based recommendations, to study the appeal of farmers, give instructions to clusters and farmers of the Republic to open a telegram group for regular consultations.
